Other Ingredients: Softgel (bovine gelatin [halal], vegetable glycerine, purified water, carob, chlorophyll), Organic extra virgin olive oil, Organic sunflower lecithin, beeswax [bee product].

Gluten free. No artificial sweeteners, artificial preservatives, corn syrup, colors or flavors.

Suggested Use
Take one softgel with water one hour before bedtime and one softgel with water at bedtime. Best results are achieved by the second or third night.
